Over-the-phone coaching is an unhurried and reflective time with your mentor. Freed from the physical distractions of face-to-face sessions, both client and mentor arrive at insights, creativity and genuine understanding. Importantly, as the rapport builds, there is real opportunity for positive and lasting results. We begin to "connect the dots" and see the INSIDE OUT nature of the human experience, good and bad.

In a very real sense, PiB is looking for breakthrough, a "seeing" of all the thought patterns, habits and prejudices that underpin our view of the world. It is of course that view of the world we wish to explore. And where possible, create a new context for moving forward. In essence, we are looking to build a CORE UNDERSTANDING - one in which resilience, creativity and enthusiasm become a way of life...
